Terms

These terms govern your use of this website. Working with Aereach as a client is covered by a separate, signed client services agreement.

The short version

You’re welcome to read, share, and link to this site. Please don’t misuse it or pass off our content as your own.

The site is for information only. It isn’t an offer or professional advice, and nothing on it changes a signed agreement. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

In detail

01

Who these terms are between

The company that runs this site, and you.

These terms are between you and Aereach Strategic Partners, LLC, a Kansas limited liability company at 12877 W 151st Street, Suite B, Olathe, KS 66062, together with its Philippine affiliate, Aereach Strategic Partners, Corp. In these terms, “Aereach,” “we,” and “us” mean both.
By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

02

What these terms cover — and what they don’t

Website use, not client work.

These terms cover your use of this website only. The working relationship between Aereach and a client is governed by the client services agreement, which is signed separately and not published here.
If anything on this site conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.

03

Acceptable use of this site

How you may use this site.

You’re welcome to browse, read, and share this site for any lawful purpose. Please don’t:
  • Try to access parts of the site or its systems you aren’t authorized to reach.
  • Interfere with how the site works, for example by overloading it or introducing malicious code.
  • Use the contact form to send spam, sales pitches, or anything unlawful or abusive.
  • Pretend to be someone else or submit false information, including in a job application.
Search engines and AI crawlers are welcome to index this site. Our robots.txt invites them on purpose, and nothing in this section withdraws that invitation.

04

Intellectual property

Who owns the content, and what you can do with it.

The text, design, logos, photography, video, and downloadable resources on this site belong to Aereach or are used with permission. The Aereach name and logo are our brand marks.
You may view and share our pages, link to them, and quote short passages with credit and a link back. You may not copy, republish, or adapt our content for commercial use, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you, without our written permission.

05

Third-party links and embedded content

Links out, and content from other providers.

This site links to and displays content from other services, including our social media profiles, YouTube videos, and our careers page, which is provided by our applicant tracking system. We choose these carefully but don’t control them, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Videos load only when you press play. The careers page loads when you open it. Our Privacy Policy explains the cookies these services and our own analytics may set, and how to control them.

06

No advice, and no relationship created

This site is information, not advice or an engagement.

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, employment, or HR advice. Reading it, or contacting us through it, doesn’t make you a client or make us your adviser. A client relationship begins only when both sides sign a client services agreement.

07

Accuracy of what we publish

How to read the claims and descriptions on this site.

We work to keep this site accurate and current, but details change. Role descriptions and service outlines show the kind of work we do. They don’t promise a particular candidate, outcome, or start date.
Where we couldn’t back a figure with a clear method, we left it out rather than publish it.

08

Fees mentioned on this site

How the fees on this site relate to what you pay.

The fees described on this site, including the one-time onboarding fee of $500 per team member and the conditions for refunding it, summarize our standard terms. Monthly pricing depends on the role, experience level, and scope of work, and we confirm it with you before interviews begin.
What you actually pay, and any refund or replacement terms, are set by your signed client services agreement. If the two differ, the agreement applies.

09

Disclaimers

What we do and don’t promise about the website itself.

We provide this site “as is” and “as available.” As far as the law allows, we make no promises, express or implied, that it will always be available, error-free, or free of viruses, or that its content is complete or suitable for a particular purpose.
This doesn’t affect any commitment made in a signed agreement.

10

Limitation of liability

The limits on our liability for this website.

As far as the law allows, Aereach isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to US$100.
Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit. This section applies to the website only. Liability in a client engagement is set by the client services agreement.

11

Indemnity

Your responsibility if you misuse the site.

If you misuse this site or break these terms and someone brings a claim against Aereach as a result, you agree to cover the reasonable costs, losses, and legal fees we incur.

12

Suspension and termination of access

When we may limit access to the site.

We may restrict or block access to the site, or any part of it, if we reasonably believe someone is breaking these terms or putting the site or other visitors at risk. We may also change or remove parts of the site at any time.

13

Changes to these terms

How we update these terms and let you know.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we change the “Last updated” date at the top of the page. Changes apply from that date, and continuing to use the site means you accept them.

14

Governing law and disputes

Which law applies, and where disputes are decided.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about this site will be decided by the state courts of Johnson County, Kansas, or the United States District Court for the District of Kansas, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
Before it gets that far, please contact us. Most problems are faster to fix in a conversation.

15

How to contact us

Where to send notices and questions.

If you need the terms that apply to working with Aereach rather than to browsing this site, ask us and we’ll send the current client services agreement.
