What happens next
Once we’ve confirmed we’re a good fit, we’ll guide you through a structured process designed to find the right professional and set your working relationship up for long-term success.
We design the role and match
You and each candidate complete the Kolbe A™ Index and the Working Genius Assessment, so we understand how you work and can match someone who complements it. We then recruit and vet on skills, experience and fit — going past resumes to communication style and working preferences.
You interview a shortlist
We present candidates we’ve already vetted. Before the interviews, you receive a candidate profile and the monthly investment for each one, so you decide with the numbers in front of you. You make the final hiring decision.
We onboard them
We prepare the employment agreement, provide the computer equipment, and give your new team member access to training through Aereach University. Aereach is the Employer of Record; your team member is our employee, working full time and dedicated exclusively to you.
We stay in it
Check-ins at 30, 60 and 90 days, then ongoing HR support and monthly training. Our part doesn’t end at onboarding.

What to know before you get started
We believe in being upfront about our process, fees, and commitments. Here’s what you can expect when partnering with Aereach.
Recruitment and candidate screening at no cost
We handle recruitment, assessments, and initial interviews at no cost. Your investment begins when your selected team member starts.
One-time onboarding fee of $500
A one-time onboarding fee applies to each team member and is included in your first invoice. Monthly service fees begin on your team member’s start date, not during recruitment.
60-day onboarding fee refund
If your team member isn’t the right fit within the first 60 days and you choose not to proceed with a replacement, we’ll refund the onboarding fee.
No long-term contract or minimum commitment
Our service agreement offers flexibility without a minimum commitment. If you decide to end the engagement, we require 30 days’ notice to ensure a smooth transition for you and your team member.
Your monthly investment is tailored to the role, experience, and scope of work. You’ll know the exact cost for each candidate before interviews begin.
